Paul Schultz - Program Director

Mr. Schultz has over 37 years of work experience; 31 years in the U.S. Navy, of which 20 years were spent in the Pacific Region with eight PACFLT sea duty assignments. He is currently Program Director of the Pacific Regional Disaster Preparedness Center.

Mun-Won Chang - Program Manager

Ms. Chang is currently employed by the Pacific Regional Disaster Preparedness Center as the Program Manager. In addition, she is attending the University of Hawaii as a PhD candidate in Mathematics and has over 25 years of professional engineering and management experience with the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Maguire has over 35 years of experience with the Honolulu Fire Department. His area of expertise is with the HAZMAT Department.

Kelvin Ogata - Instructor

Mr. Ogata currently works for Pacific Regional Training Center as the Trainer Coordinator. He has more than 40 years in operations/security/law enforcement position applying his military and civilian skills and experience in leadership, communication, and management skills, as well as his experience in planning, operations, training, & security, law enforcement, budgeting, environmental, hazardous materials and emergency/disaster planning activities
